30 Days of Gratitude: My Freedom (Day 11)

Today is Veteran's Day. I hope you will take a moment to honor our veterans, and remember those who died in sacrifice for our country. Freedom is never free.
My Freedom (Day 11)
We live in a country where we are free. Not everyone in the world can say that. Because despite what many believe, the United States is a pretty safe country and one that values its people. We have many rich heritages in our nation, and I couldn't be more grateful for the people who have entered the various branches of our military to preserve our heritages, our freedom, and our honor.
I am grateful for my freedom. I am blessed to be able to vote, to make a solid living, to not have to worry about things that other nations face on a daily basis.
I am grateful for our veterans who have made my freedom possible. It is courageous men and women like you who put your lives on the line everyday because of your belief in how humanity should be treated. You are incredible souls, and I commend you for your service. I am truly grateful for you all.
And finally, I am grateful for the service of those no longer living. May those individuals rest in peace knowing that they preserved the freedom of future generations.
Be grateful for your freedom: it came with a price. Honor our veterans.
